D.Smith started in the nail industry at a young age, while still in high school. After graduation, she went to college as most young adults do. She did nails throughout her college years wanting to drop out of college at one point because she believed it was pointless! D graduated college with a Bachelors of Science & continued on her journey as a nail professional.

If it can happen...it probably happened to D. If there is a way D has the will to make it happen. She has made a way for herself in the industry. D holds licensure in 3 states, as a licensed instructor, judged for Nailympia USA Competition, provides nail courses at top beauty shows such as Premiere. She has worked alongside some of the top brands in the industry such as Maisie Dunbar Global Experience, O.P.I, Color Club. Celebrities like Fantasia & Steve Harvey just to name a few. D is very passionate about education in the industry.  She has trained thousands internationally on how to increase their profits and their skill set in the salon.  She believes that,  Education is the key to success because KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
